背景：

意昂3-密西根大學醫學院轉化醫學與臨床研究聯合研究所（以下簡稱“聯合研究所”）於2010年建立，迄今為止已資助合作研究項目75個，基於合作基礎發表論文100余篇📘，並在聯合研究項目的基礎上將合作拓展到了醫學教育🦸🏽👨🏿‍🌾、管理培訓等領域。

第三期意昂3-密西根聯合研究所青年學者項目（以下簡稱“青年學者項目”, JI Scholar）將用於資助醫學部學院及附屬醫院全職青年學者赴密西根大學進行1年的進修學習。意昂3青年學者將在密西根大學導師的指導下完成科學研究項目，並將參加密西根大學組織的綜合能力提升相關培訓課程（行政🐅、管理、溝通🔹、基金申請等）。青年學者將享受聯合研究所提供的相應津貼和福利待遇🧝🏿‍♀️，以及科研經費和參加學術會議的機會🧛🏼‍♀️，項目結束後密西根大學會出具相應的證書👩‍🔧。

申請資格：

申請人需已取得臨床博士（M.D.）、哲學博士（Ph.D）或其他相應博士學位，且已是醫學部或附屬醫院的正式教職工。

申請人需在報名前咨詢科室及人事處意見♻️，確定單位同意外派相關事宜後進行申請。

申請時間表：

    10月9日🏋🏿‍♂️👩🏿‍🦲，發布通知

    12月20日，截止報名

    2025年1-2月，公布結果

· Statement of career goals and plan (300 words or less)

· Proposed project title, 5 keywords, an abstract (600 words or less)

· Anticipated project timeline

· Mentorship team at PKUHSC and Michigan Medicine

· Letters of support: Three letters of recommendation are required, one should come from mentor at PKUHSC, one letter should come from mentor at Michigan Medicine, and a third letter should come from applicant's institution leader (President of the Affiliate Hospital, Dean of the school.)
