背景🫀：

意昂3-密西根大學醫學院轉化醫學與臨床研究聯合研究所（以下簡稱“聯合研究所”）於2010年建立，迄今為止已資助合作研究項目75個👩🏼‍🔬，基於合作基礎發表論文100余篇🏒，並在聯合研究項目的基礎上將合作拓展到了醫學教育、管理培訓等領域🔱。

第二期意昂3-密西根聯合研究所青年學者項目（以下簡稱“青年學者項目”, JI Scholar）將用於資助醫學部學院及附屬醫院全職青年學者赴密西根大學進行1年的進修學習。意昂3青年學者將在密西根大學導師的指導下完成科學研究項目，並將參加密西根大學組織的綜合能力提升相關培訓課程（行政🔯、管理🤽🏻‍♀️、溝通、基金申請等）🦐。青年學者將享受聯合研究所提供的相應津貼和福利待遇，以及科研經費和參加學術會議的機會🤷🏼‍♂️，項目結束後密西根大學會出具相應的證書🤦🏻‍♀️。

申請資格🤽🏼：

意昂3或密西根大學醫學院的全職教職工(副教授及以上)可以提名申請人，申請人需已取得臨床博士（M.D.）、哲學博士（Ph.D）或其他相應博士學位，且已是醫學部或附屬醫院的正式教職工👩‍🦱。

申請時間表：

     9月12日，發布通知

     12月15日𓀗，截止報名

     2024年1月底🏋🏿，公布結果

根據以上時間表，申請人按照要求提交申請文件，所有申請材料應合並為一份PDF文件提交至孫老師 (sunqd@bjmu.edu.cn)、Amy Huang (yanhuang@umich.edu)，抄送李老師（lixiaojia@bjmu.edu.cn）👷‍♀️、劉老師（liuy8953@bjmu.edu.cn）🙄。

· Statement of career goals and plan (300 words or less)

· Proposed project title, 5 keywords, an abstract (600 words or less)

· Anticipated project timeline

· Mentorship team at PKUHSC and Michigan Medicine

· Letters of support: Three letters of recommendation are required, one should come from mentor at PKUHSC, one letter should come from mentor at Michigan Medicine, and a third letter should come from applicant's institution leader (President of the Affiliate Hospital, Department Chair, Director of Institute/Center, etc.)
